Cheap software sellers are everywhere and most of the horror stories are avoidable. Use this checklist on any seller — including us.
The seven checks
- A working, public contact channel. A phone number or WhatsApp that answers before you pay, not just a form.
- A public address and business identity. Anonymous sellers have nothing to lose by disappearing.
- Written refund and warranty terms. On the website, not typed into a chat window. Ours are on the refund policy page.
- Proof of past deliveries. Ask for screenshots of the exact product you want. We publish ours publicly on the reviews page.
- Clarity on what you receive. Private, shared or activated on your own email — a genuine seller states this before payment. See shared vs private accounts.
- A traceable payment method. UPI or card through a gateway leaves a record. Be careful with anonymous transfers to personal wallets.
- A small first order. Test the delivery time and support yourself before spending big.
Red flags
- Pressure to pay in the next few minutes for a "last slot".
- Refusal to answer what type of account you are getting.
- Prices far below every other seller with no explanation of why.
- No refund policy anywhere on the site.
- Support that goes quiet the moment you ask a specific question.
